Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Incredible Cabin
Our family spent a week enjoying this beautiful modern style cabin. The views of the mountains are some of the best you will find and the amenities and the cleanliness of the cabin make it a real gem. Every detail is beautiful and the person responsible for decorating the cabin did an outstanding job. An added bonus is the comfortable outdoor seating and the fire table on the spacious balcony.
This was our 16th stay with Elk Springs and a big thank you to Dan who has helped us with every booking.
We hope to stay at LeConte luxury Lodge again in the future. You will not be disappointed with the cabin or the views and you will enjoy every minute of your stay here.

Leconte Luxury Lodge
Our house was incredible! The views, amenities, and cleanliness of our home made the trip both restful and fun. We will definitely recommend this home to our friends. The only negative part of our trip was the drive up the mountain on the incredibly dangerous roads. Once we got to the house, it was great!

Leconte Luxury Lodge- A Dream, Sort Of
We arrived at 4am, missing an entire day of stay, went to shower after our long trip and no hot water, well, 1 of us got hot water, the rest of us got cold water. The email we got said the internet code was one thing, turns out it wasn't... I notified the hosting facility and they gave me 2 other codes, nothing worked, so I couldn't do any work and we had a quick turn around stay, literally 18 hours with sleep included. The cabin was decorated to the 9's... kudos to whomever designed it and decorated it. After reaching out to the management regarding our issues and requesting they offer a discount for the hot water and internet issues they simply said "we'll look into it for future guests"... so I'll not be re-booking with any property under the Elk Springs Resort umbrella. I paid $1600++ with all "fees" included for cold water and no internet... seriously?

Amazing Views
This cabin was more than I expected! It was very clean, spacious ad it had amazing views! It was a great way to spend my birthday weekend! We will definitely be coming back!
