Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Memories To Last A Lifetime
My whole family, my brother's whole family, and my sister and her boyfriend all came to stay in this lovely cabin and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There's always so much to do in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, etc. but even more than that, resting and relaxing, and the view from the porch as you sip your morning coffee is peace at its core. Overall we had a good stay. I loved that we were able to entertain upstairs and down. The kids loved the pool table. The house could have been cleaner though. The floors were very dirty. It would have been a 5 star review if cleaner.

Great Property For A Group
Brand new unit with plenty of room for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone have their own privacy. Spacious desk with chairs to enjoy nature at its best. Game room and hot tub were a huge hit.

Couples Get-Away
Our overall experience was great. The home was exactly as described at booking. The home had enough space for our entire party. The directions given where very easy to follow and led us directly to the home. The only suggestion is that the home could have been a bit cleaner. Whoever cleaned the home left hair on the bedding and a few towels. It was a used fake eyelash left under a sofa pillow and old towels left in the dryer that smelled unclean. Also, I would suggest bringing your own towels and wash cloths. The ones provided were very hard and rough on the skin. Even with those minor issues I would stay at HawksVue again in the future. Checkin and checkout was a breeze, and someone called when we arrived to ensure we where okay. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great House, Unimpressive Stay.
The house is incredible, but very poorly equipped. Regardless of how many people or length of stay, you’ll be given one roll of paper towels, one rag, one dish tablet, and one pack of laundry detergent (you’ll need to do laundry as you don’t get enough towels for hot tub and shower). Everything else is on you, including cleaning supplies. Don’t expect any cooking supplies (oil, salt and pepper, etc). Coffee maker hadn’t been cleaned and we were greeted with mold in the morning. Propane tank was empty (it was replaced next day). We enjoyed our stay, but it was despite the host, not because of them.
Would recommend to others? NoThank you for the feedback. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. A lot of these items we cannot provide for sanitary reasons, however, we do make each guest aware of what is provided in the reservation agreement before each stay. We have the coffee maker noted and will be sure to have this issue addressed so it is not reoccurring. We hope that despite any issues that you were still able to enjoy your time in our area and hope to have you back in the future!
