Lazy Bear Lodge - Gatlinburg Cabin

We had a very good time and our stay at A Moment in Time will be a memorable one. The cabin was perfect, very clean and nicely layed out for our family. We had a few minor maintenance issues, however those were taken care of the very same day by APG maintenance staff. We started out in the cabin "Wild Bills Hideout" but the snow knocked out the power. We contacted your office and were given the cabin "A moment in time". I would like to thank your staff for their professional attitude, promptness and consideration in helping with this problem and allowing us to enjoy our trip. This was our second stay in one of your managed properties and we plan on returning. Thank you again for your help.

We loved the cabin. Planning to go back next year. Home away from home. Quiet, peaceful, clean, so relaxing we did not want to leave, my grandchildren asked if we could stay another day or two. Would you have another cabin just like "A Moment in Time" but a little bigger because more family will come with us next year. 4 or 5 bedrooms but secluded like the other one. Clean and fairly new like the other one. Let me know. Thanks

We loved everything about this cabin, the decor was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. We like the location also, as we have stayed in Sky Harbor before, close enough to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Force. We arrived at night and the directions along with the marked road signs made it easy to find. It was especially nice that our 2 teen grandsons could have the downstairs "to themselves". The only problem we had, which was minor, was the cable box downstairs in the game room seemed to have issues. At first we thought it was the remote, but even with new batteries it was still not working properly.

We had a great time at the cabin...we even saw a bear, which capped off the weekend! One thing you might want to check, the toilet seat in the main level bath room is broken. It needs to be replaced.

needs a larger grill or a gas grill. parking was tight

The cabin was very clean, but there was a pile of dead gnats behind a shower curtain. That is the only reason I didn't give it outstanding on cleanliness. Your staff in Owensboro and in the Smokies is very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
