After a fun-filled day in the mountains, you'll love going back to your premium 2 bedroom cabin with Wi-Fi close to Pigeon Forge to relax and unwind. Everyone can soak in the cabin's hot tub throughout the year while enjoying the cabin's beautiful scenery. Feel your stress melt away as you plan the next day's adventures. When you're ready for some more fun, just head to the well-equipped game room with a pool table and electronic dartboard for a fun-filled game night. Add to the fun by setting up a tournament to prove who the group's best player is! "A Bear Encounter's" spacious and lavish main suite contains a king-sized log bed, a corner jetted tub, a stone fireplace, a flat-screen television, and a sitting area, creating the perfect environment to enjoy a romantic mountain getaway. With such a prime location, you and your guests will enjoy easy access to downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and their wide variety of attractions, activities, and more. Spend the day exploring the Island or Dollywood in downtown Pigeon Forge. Head in the opposite direction, where favorites like Ripley's attractions, zip lines, and the Space Needle will appeal to your group. When in doubt, there's always the Great Smoky Mountains National Park to explore before heading back to your vacation rental. At Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals, we keep our phone lines open from 9a-8p Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sundays for our guests. Our maintenance department is also available until 8pm (6pm on Sundays), should you ever need our help with a maintenance related concern at your home. Should a maintenance emergency occur after 8pm or 6pm on Sundays, we have a special phone line you can call that we will provide on check-in day. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have for us! Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

?A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

?For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
