New 4 bedroom, 3 level all wood log cabin with covered full width decks on each level. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and opens to one of the decks. Enjoy the private indoor swimming pool, hot tub on the deck outside, 9 seat plus futon theater room, game room with pool table and sit down arcade game open to the living area below. Cathedral ceiling in living area and upstairs, open living, kitchen, and dining area, complete kitchen with island, granite counters, 3 well furnished decks and upscale furnishings and decor throughout. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
