Lazy Daze Lodge, a luxury log cabin in the Black Bear Falls community in Gatlinburg, is located only 1 mile from town with easy road access - no steep winter roads to climb. This private, spacious log cabin offers over 1,900 square feet with 3 king master suites, each on their own floor. There are 2 queen sleeper sofas, in living room and game room. Sleeps 10 Open living room and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen on the main level. Cathedral windows, wood floor and vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, 58" smart TV and a covered deck with a round table and rocker for additional dining make a perfect gathering spot for all to enjoy! Game room with a pool table, 55" smart tv and gas fireplace opens to a covered deck with rockers and a steaming hot tub waiting for you. Enjoy the beautiful community of Black Bear Falls. You will see and hear the ducks and frogs swimming in their ponds from your decks! A short walk to the clubhouse with swimming pool (seasonal). Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
