SPACIOUS! With 3000+ square feet of cabin, crowding will never be an issue! This 3 level cabin sleeps up to 16 people with 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms. There are balconies on all 3 levels with relaxing log rocking chairs, a 30" park style grill, a hot tub and a great view- ideal for a vacation in the Smokies. Inside this lovely cabin are 2 large stone gas fireplaces to cozy up to while you watch the big-screen TVs. Or choose a competitor and play some serious pool and arcade games!! When you decide to leave the cabin, Ober Gatlinburg is just a short drive up the mountain, and the Gatlinburg Parkway and Smoky Mountain National Park are just a few miles down! Enjoy year-round free access to the park! Smoky Mountain Paradise - do a little or do a lot, you'll enjoy every minute.

PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN

● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom

● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area

● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink

● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed

● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed

● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent

NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If

you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen

exchange.

Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

?A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

?For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
