This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Cabin was very spacious. Had everything we needed. Very clean on arrival. A lot of down trees in the yard and driveway I'm assuming from previous storm from before we came, other than that it was beautiful. The drive wasn't bad from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge very conveniently located.

It was perfect for my ...

It was perfect for my family, I tried to book a cabin that we would want to spend our downtime at and this cabin was perfect. The kids begged to go back to the pool after a hot day in town. Communication with Patriot Getaways was easy and every person Italked to was pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed with Patriot ...

We have stayed with Patriot Getaways 4 times now. Swimming hole in 1 was by far our favorite cabin. Very clean and has everything. Great experience. We will for sure return.

My son said this was ...

My son said this was the best vacation. The cabin was beautiful. It was pretty easy to find. We had a bear in the front yard twice during our stay which was super awesome! Saw 5 bears total. No complaints from us and would definitely stay at the Swimmin Hole in 1 again.

Loved the place beautiful seen ...

Loved the place beautiful seen 7 bears right in yard even one tried to get on my jeep.We stayed in only went out to store 1 time over the 8 days never got bored really enjoyed cabin
