Convenient And Affordable
Family of 5 stayed relatively comfortably in Unit 509. The condo is conveniently located a short walk from the main strip in Gatlinburg. The two bathrooms were nice to have. We look forward to our next visit.

Laurel Inn Room 501
Condo is very small and very expensive. The place was cleans except for some hair in the tub. There was a leak from the small bath toilet which was repaired. In addition the Lg. bathroom toilet handle was broken. Had to drive to the downtown and pay for parking.

Nice Property, Great Location
We enjoyed our stay, only had 2 issues. First is the water pressure in this unit's kitchen sink and showers was very low, making them almost unusable. Second is could not get in touch with property management when I had a question, because no checkout instructions were given or left on site. Called the office during listed business hours several times with no answer. Left a voicemail and still no call back, even days later. Had to hunt down Housekeeping to ask my question.

Nice Place, Convenient Location
The staff was helpful while booking our stay. They checked in with us the day of check in to make sure we had what we needed. The location is convenient to town and there is a staircase to take you into town if you want to walk. We had everything we needed while we were there. One improvement would be the mattresses. They had a foam topper which was nice but the mattress itself sagged in the middle making it feel like a hammock. Other than that, the view was amazing and the property was clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to our friends.
