it was a great place. clean nice easy to get in and out of. the pillows were flat and in need of replacement. the only down fall I seen was I didn't know it was a 3 story .it was hard on my 75 year old mom going up and down the stairs but may have been just a over sight on my part when booking

We absolutely loved this place!
We celebrated mine and my daughters birthday there this past weekend and had a blast. It’s a beautiful place to stay. It’s close to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. Very clean townhouse with lots of space. Definitely recommend this place.

Not what I expected
Too many centipedes crawling around the bathrooms and foyer. No it wasn't moist . The door going out to the porch had a gap of three quarters of an inch at the top . The air conditioning could not cool the up stairs bedroom . You could not open the up stairs bedroom window because they took the crank handle . The master bathroom faucets had a constant fast drip .I called maintenance and they came and said they could fix it without taking the whole thing a part .The porch needs to be done over .We got there and nails were sticking out of the floor by a quarter of n inch . I had maintenance come and nail all the nails back in and there were many nails sticking out of the floor and we had small kids that walk barefoot .I could see a bad accident happening with this .There are many other little things that need fixed but we could live with it .The owner should be informed of all these items and get them repaired .

Semi ok
Didn’t get confirmation email till about an hour before we arrived. Flooring is terrible. Felt like we were going to fall through it in several locations. The shower stall was made for a midget. I had to bend over backwards like I was doing the limbo to get my head wet.
