New construction home as of 2021. Bear Haus is a great option for a group visiting Gatlinburg for nature, a sports tournament, shopping or just for fun. But, the four-bedroom cabin will also delight anyone who wants to be just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or who wants to enjoy amenities such as a hot tub, a community pool, decks, screened porch, fireplace and so much more.
As soon as you step into Bear Haus’s great room, you’ll feel warmly welcomed. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight, accentuating the luster of the wood-planked walls, floor, and ceiling. The living area includes a large flat-panel TV and cushy seating for kicking back. On nippy winter evenings, you can pull up a barstool and gather around the gas fireplace while planning the next day’s adventures.
The dining table seats a large family with room to spare, more people can sidle up to the bar that runs along a wall, and a few more can sit at the kitchen island. The kitchen itself is a beauty, with recently upgraded appliances, gleaming counters, and plenty of cookware and tableware. Its open layout means several people can help with food prep at once (the more the merrier!), and the dishwasher will make cleanup a snap.
For the entertainment of a different sort, head out to Bear Haus two spacious covered decks. Sit on one of the chairs with a beverage and a book and relish the fresh mountain breeze whispering through the trees. Or, luxuriate in the hot tub—there’s a flat-screen TV mounted on the outside of the cabin so you can watch your favorite program as you soak!
Bear Haus four bedrooms and four bathrooms are spread out among the cabin’s two floors. Two spacious suites, each with a private bathroom, make up the upper level. One, the primary suite, features a king-size bed, a large flat-panel TV. The second suite is like a clubhouse for the kids: With a set of bunk beds, it can sleep up to two kids. It has a flat-screen TV as well.
The remaining two bedrooms—one on the main floor— one features two queen beds and a flat screen HDTV and the other features one queen-size bed and a flat-panel TV. Other conveniences include free WiFi, cable channels, and a washer and dryer.
The greatest convenience of all just might be the location. Bear Haus is located near the Gatlinburg Arts and Crafts Loop, an eight-mile trail of more than a hundred shops, studios, and galleries offering everything from stained glass to chainsaw art. Also, just minutes away is downtown Gatlinburg, home to restaurants, thrill rides, an aquarium, the Guinness World Records Museum, and the tram that carries you up over the town to Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area and Amusement Park. And let’s not forget about the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (a true must-visit), Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, and much more—they’re all just beyond your front door.
When you stay at Bear Haus, your dream getaway will become a reality. So why not make your reservation today? We’re looking forward to seeing you.
