We are the actual owners of our cabins, and we personally manage every detail ourselves. My name is Chris. My wife Sarah and I are the owners. The majority of rental cabins in the area are managed by large property managers who have a whole lot to keep up with. Unfortunately, this can lead to a property to fall behind in its care and cleaning. This leads to a poor traveler experience and a lack of personal service. We try to be different. We only own 6 cabins, and that allows us to give more time and attention to our properties. The exceptional quality of our properties and the personal level of service you will receive will leave no doubt in your mind that you made the best choice for your Smoky Mountains vacation. Our cabins are competitively priced for what they offer with their location and amenities. All of our properties provide our guests a sense of privacy, and are not in areas where you will feel intruded on by a neighboring cabin. We may not be the lowest priced cabin you will find, but that is by design. We want to be one of the best, not the absolute cheapest. We want you make long lasting memories that you will cherish for many years into the future. We are always a phone call or text away if you need us at any point after you make your reservation, and during your stay. The last thing you want is to have to chase someone down if you have a question or a problem. Our privately located cabin in Gatlinburg, TN, boasts some of the most breathtaking mountain views you will find anywhere in the area. The property is located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the city noise of downtown Gatlinburg. Our property features a beautiful landscape for your enjoyment. We have a large flagstone patio and outdoor sitting area where you can relax around the gas fire pit and watch the sunrise and sunset at your leisure. As the daylight fades, sink into one of our rockers to take in in the peaceful surroundings. Watch the sun dip behind the mountains in the evening! Sunsets look great from the front decks. Enjoy cozy nights in front of the fireplace and lazy breakfasts in the fully stocked kitchen. Don't forget to relax for a while in our hot tub while enjoying the mountain views in front of you. Smoky Mountain Sunrise is a one-of-a-kind place, and we are confident you will love it, and those mile-high mountain views. Cleaning: We understand cleaning is now more important than ever. Our cleaners are using an enhanced cleaning routine to ensure the property has been thoroughly disinfected prior to your arrival. Our cleaners are using an anti-viral/antibacterial cleaner on all frequently touched surfaces such as counter-tops, door handles, light switches, and other frequently touched surfaces. We are also leaving a bottle out for guests to use during their stay to help maintain a healthy environment for all. Our hot tub is drained, scrubbed, refilled with fresh water, and chemicals added between each guest. We hope these extra measures make you feel comfortable during your stay at our cabin. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Stunning Mountain Views: Sit and relax on the wrap-around front porch and enjoy the million-dollar panoramic views of Mt. Leconte. At 6,593 ft, Mt Leconte stands well over a mile high, and is the third highest peak in the national park behind Clingmans Dome and Mount Guyot. You will also have amazing views of Greenbriar Pinnacle and Winter views of Mt. Cammerer! ___________________________________________________________________________________ Swimming Pools: You will have access to 2 swimming pools on the grounds while you stay at our cabin. There are actually 3 pools, but one is closed for maintenance. These are private pools for tenant use and you and your guests are free to swim during your vacation. Pools are usually only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day under normal circumstances. The swimming pools are an easy very short drive from our cabin. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Our Property: Our open-concept home features hand-scraped hardwood floors, stacked stone fireplace, a master bedroom on the main level, and a master bathroom with a HUGE dual-head two-person shower. There is no shortage of closet space either, so you will not be tripping over luggage. The kitchen has hand-chiseled granite counter-tops, & a hammered copper farmhouse sink. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Parking: The driveway and parking area are paved, and there is plenty of room for numerous vehicles to park. You will also have access to an attached 2 car garage for covered parking if you wish to stay out of the weather. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Amenities: You are just a few minutes away from all the action Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer. If you want to experience Gatlinburg's sight and sounds, but still want the peace and quiet of the Smoky Mountains, our property is a great place to accomplish both. You will be located only minutes from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We are close to everything the area has to offer. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Beds: Our home has 3 bedrooms with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. The remaining 6 beds are Milliard brand Diplomat beds. You can look these up online if you wish to read about them. These are fold away beds, and are kept in one of the large closets when not in use. They have 6-inch-thick memory foam mattresses and are rated to hold a person up to 255 Lbs. These are not cheap flimsy cots, and work well to provide extra sleeping space outside of the bedrooms. Most people set these up in the 2 living rooms at night and put them away during the day. Decorations usually are put up in mid to late November. We usually leave them out through mid-January at least, sometimes a bit longer. Decorations will include a Christmas tree and other holiday d�cor. Handicap Guest Info: While our cabin is NOT ADA handicap accessible we have been asked if someone with limited mobility can access our property. Our driveway goes around to the rear of the cabin. You can park back there and a level sidewalk is attached to the driveway. The sidewalk leads you to our deck. There are 2 small steps to gain entry onto the deck. The first one is approximately 6 inches high and the second one is about 10 inches high. If you can manage these 2 steps onto the deck the entry door to the main level is on your left. Special note on requests to bring your pet: Dogs only please. We request that if you wish to bring a dog that the dog be crated at any times when it is not supervised by a human being inside the lodge. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus tax will apply to the booking, and covers up to 2 dogs. There is a limit of 2 dogs allowed without prior approval. If we do approve your request for more than two dogs, and additional pet fee of $250 is added to the reservation.
