This cabin is located in the arts and crafts community and is just 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 Minutes to Dollywood, 5 Minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 15-20 minutes to the Sugarlands Park Entrance. A major grocery store is 5 minutes from the cabin.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great Getaway
Cabin is extremely clean. Excellent views. Never needed to leave cabin. We had everything we needed. Very relaxing and cozy. Would definitely stay again. Management very attentive and responsive. Easy check in and out process.
Amazing Stay!
Wonderful visit in Gatlinburg. Loved the easy check-in process and the ability to text with customer service. They were very accommodating and helpful and not overbearing. Cabin was perfect for our group, and we hope to stay again!
Fabulous Cabin!!
This was by far the nicest cabin we have stayed in!! The attention to detail in the construction is amazing! It had everything we needed and more. We rarely left because there was so much to do and large enough where everyone had some space. Loved it!!
Fun Cabin!
We absolutely loved the cabin! The only thing we would suggest is some texture in the pool area. We had a little fall a few times on the slick floor.
Perfect Cabin In A Perfect Location!
There isn’t one thing I would change about this cabin - location, views, amenities. This cabin offers it all. The host even had a small gift delivered during our stay. Will definitely book this cabin again.
Fantastic Cabin In A Great Location!
This cabin has some great amenities, the best of which is the "outdoor living room" on the lower level. We spent a lot of time relaxing there with a fireplace, TV, and plenty of seating (as well as the hot tub, outdoor bar, and grill).
The location is also lovely. Somewhat secluded but near a previously undiscovered (but us at least, who have made at least seven trips to the area) artist's community with some great homemade crafts! I recommend the cabin and Elk Springs Resort, as their staff was highly professional and prompt when contacted.
