Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Cabin was spacious and extremely enjoyable for our family vacation. Loved all the amenities of the cabin and the kids especially loved the pool and movie room. Terrific layout and loads of room throughout the cabin. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Mountain Relaxation
From reservation to check out, the experience was fantastic. Frequent communication and easy (no contact) access to the cabin. A lovely property with great amenities and location. Decorated for Christmas and very comfortable. Pool, hot tub, pool table, video games, theater room and the handful of fireplaces were all a big hit with the family (especially our 5 and 10 year old grandsons who also loved the huge bunk beds and tent!) Just 10 minutes to Gatlinburg and easy access to food and groceries. Sunsets and sunrises were exceptional. Only one maintenance issue that was resolved within an hour. Would recommend and visit again ourselves.

Family Vacation 2022
We had a great time in this very large cabin. It was everything we expected and more. Beautiful view, accommodations were great, loved all the fireplaces, pool, hot tub, game room and theatre were all wonderful. Kitchen was was great, the only thing I would recommend is to add a large skillet for cooking. The staff was great when I called about a couple minor things. I highly recommend this cabin.

Mountain Getaway
This cabin is beautiful and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and the pool. We also enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. We went into Gatlinburg each day and the drive into town was pretty easy. The road leading up to Rustic Ridge is a little steep but manageable in our SUV. We had a couple of maintenance issues during our stay and the management staff was very prompt in getting it resolved.

Summer Get A Way
Wow!!!! We have been traveling to the Smokies for 20 years and always rent higher end cabins! Rustic Ridge is now on the top of our list!!! The cabin was beautifully built and the views were awesome!! Super clean when we arrived and staff kept in contact with us making sure we had everything we needed!! My grandchildren loved the Hot tub, pool, theater room, and all the games! The owners of this cabin took much pride when building and furnishings it!!! Great job�� the actual cabin was far better than the pics on the site so if you are thinking about renting this cabin GO FOR IT!! You won’t be disappointed.
