This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We stayed at Pool & ...

We stayed at Pool & a View for 8 nights this month. We had such a great time! eThe cabin was prettier than the pictures. Everything was clean. Check in and check out were so simple. It was really helpful that they provided such detailed instructions forthe cabin as well as clear directions, as GPSCisn't always great in the mountains. We actually stayed in the cabin a lot more due to COVID, which could have been bad with 4 kids. However, between the pool and the mini golf course, they were entertained theentire week. The only bad part was that we couldn't stay longer. We already booked a cabin with American Patriot Getaways for next year!
