The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances to prepare in cabin meals. Retire to one of suites, one King and Queen, each with it's own jacuzzi tub and full bath. The kids will love the bunks and arcade game in the bunk bedroom. The adults can gather and shoot a game of pool in the bar area. 2 additional guests can sleep on the queen sleeper sofa in the theater room.
Located close and yet equal distance to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge the cabin is conveniently located. The cabin includes a gas grill, washer/dryer and free wireless internet.

Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Comfortable; Great Location
Property was clean and in good working order. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and screened-in porch area! The fire pit area is a bit unlevel and difficult to traverse. The theater system was a bit antiquated but the resort quickly responded to our request for help with it. The coffee pot is drip only; no pods. The can opener needs to be replaced and if you need a mixer, you will need to bring one with you. Otherwise, the kitchen was adequate for our needs. Beds were comfy. The location is great; just 15 or so minutes to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We also like that there are no steps to enter the property and a bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor for anyone that may find steps difficult. We also enjoyed the pool table.

I always have a great experience with Elk Prings resorts. I have booked with them several times and they are always friendly and attentive even throughout the entire stay.
Our Small Family Vacation..
This cabin! Fit everyone’s needs, close to all the amenities, and all the restaurants, beers were visible, very clean and answered all questions in a timely manner and maintained well and maintenance was quick to resolve if any were to come up!! Recommend this cabin ��
Great Family Vacation Spot
Overall, everything was great and the family had a great vacation. Cleanliness was good overall, keep in mind it’s a cabin with hardwood floors in the mountains—if you wear white socks or go barefoot, you will end up with dirty feet. There were a couple small issues that were addressed with the resort company, but nothing that had any impact on our stay. Location was also ideal, well away from the tourist areas (which is what we were looking for) and untouched by any fires from recent years.
Please note-the air hockey table in the photos was no longer there and had been replaced with a foosball table. My youngest was bummed about that, but quickly got over it after a couple games of foosball...so you may want to verify if that’s a deal breaker for you...

The cabin was everything that was advertised, and the location was perfect.
Best Vacation Ever At The Best Cabin
Incredible is an understatement. This cabin has everything you need. We were blown away with how much space there was and how much there was to do. The hot tub was our favorite part of the cabin especially with the tv right there. The cabin was perfectly clean and the location of it is perfect. You feel far away from everything but you are still very close to everything. We plan to come back to this cabin next year and recommend it to everyone!
