Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

The cabin was okay, nice location an secluded but down side was the theatre room was broken during our stay an got a message the day of saying it was out of service, the air hockey table was broken, the game machine didn’t work either. The pool table was nice but all the things they advertised in the cabin doesn’t work... the mattresses were terrible an uncomfortable. There was black mold on the wood in the shower wall

We loved our cabin! Everything was clean and in good shape, it's a great family cabin! We seen a bear family which was super cool! The management and staff at Elk Springs is super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway
We needed a change of scenery during this pandemic, somewhere else to isolate, and Gentleman Jack's was perfect. It was very clean and check in and out was a breeze. We loved the game room, movie theater and screened in hot tub. If things were open, the location is ideal! We will certainly be back when everything is back to normal.

Was extremely disappointed I splurged to stay somewhere nice and clean.

Great
it was one of the best experiences I had staying somewhere. They were very tentative to us to make sure we had everything we needed and more. We went for our honeymoon and it was perfect, will definitely be coming back.

Nice Weekend Getaway
Very clean cabin. Close to all the local attractions. We had fun sitting by the outside fire pit (needs replaced. Bottom is burnt out) and hanging out in the hot tub. Saw a bear at the cabin the first night we were there!

Not As Expected, Cabin Was A Let Down.
Check in was easy, however cabin was filthy and since it was open for 3 days prior (Elk Springs kept sending check in early deals, your cabin is open) we would have assumed it would be cleaned properly. There was Christmas trash left from gift exchanges in couches, under couch, beds with dirty sheets, someone’s medicine bottle full under one bed and dishwasher was half full of dirty dishes. The hot tub room issues like TV doesn’t work out there, hot tub was half empty arriving, jets didn’t work on half the spa. We had to call maintenance 4x for issues. There’s no way to push heat in the basement bedroom or theater room so it left it to cold to sleep down there a few nights for teens. We were told it was poor planing, vents where placed wrong and just close off all vents in house to push some heat down. The dryer would not dry clothes, we’d run three 90 min dryer cycles and clothes were still damp smelling musty from never drying. So wet clothes over the railing for drying, great vacation eh? Again we were told it would be replaced before we left, guy came tore it all apart and tried multiple times on dryer. We were told there’s a nice laundromat down the road! Cabin was in a great location, 15 min to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. But would I stay there again definitely not. We’ve booked with Elk Springs in the past (2015) and they were a little better but don’t believe we’ll be booking with them again.

Beautiful Cabin!
The pictures did not do Gentleman Jack Cabin any justice. The cabin was even better in person. Very Clean & Spacious. Hot tub was perfect!!!! Kitchen fully equipped, and the theater was the best. Liked that Elk Resort was available at all times, and texted and called to make sure things were ok. Excellent Customer Service! We truly enjoyed our stay. Perfect distance from downtown. Only suggestion, start your day early to make it back to the cabin before dark. We had a scary experience traveling up in the thick fog. Other that, no complaints at all. Will be back. Oh yeah, make sure you visit Rocky Top & Pancake Pantry. Rocky Top made me feel like a big kid again lol :). Pancake Pantry food was Amazing. Wish we had one in GA.
