This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Whispering Grace was a beautiful ...
Whispering Grace was a beautiful cabin! We loved the double sided gas fireplace in the cabin. The bed was super comfortable! This is our second year in a row using American Patriots. We celebrated our anniversary and my husbands birthday both stays. Thankyou for another great get away! January is an iffy weather month but American Patriots always provides excellent communications about weather conditions. We highly recommend!

Our stay at Whispering Grace ...
Our stay at Whispering Grace was phenomenal. The drive to the cabin was picturesque plus the location, while somewhat secluded, was fairly central to attractions in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and several gateways to trail hiking in the Smokies. The cabin wasabsolutely beautiful and a great home away from home. At some point we'd like to come back to the Smokies and I'm sure will use Patriot Getaways for our accommodations.
