Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Awesome Location
My family would highly recommend this cabin. It’s right on the creek so it’s a beautiful location with a babbling stream. Great hot tub out there and we used the fire pit every night. The Wi-Fi is a little spotty but no big deal. Our kids loved the game room would suggest putting bunkbeds in there for extra sleeping instead of the pull out couch in the living room. Very clean with modern amenities and only about a 15 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg.

It Was Wonderful!
The kids loved the rental. Highlights included the hot tub and game room. We enjoyed the open living space and the showers were unique. Area for improvement- first king bed uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. Otherwise, amazing vacation!

Cabin was well stocked and maintained. Need to repair/replace vertical blinds in bedrooms and living room. There were several panels missing and a couple fell off when we opened them. Great location. The whole family loved the ambience from the creek. Would stay here again.

Nice Cabin
Cabin was clean, in a nice area, about 20 minutes from Gatlinburg’s strip. Elk Springs were fast responding to any complaints or help needed. Game room is huge compared to pictures, kids and adults were in there if we weren’t out in town. Would recommend and stay again.

Mini Vacation And Wedding Trip
We could not have asked for better weather. The leaves were very rich in color this year. The creek sounds in the evening were very relaxing. The home had just the right amount of space. The showers I think were my favorite part of the house besides the creek. The stone walk in shower was awesome. The home was very inviting and I would recommend a stay at this property.

Wonderful Stay!
The home was beautiful! Extremely clean and inviting. Elk Springs's customer service was amazing! They called several times to check in to make sure everything was fine and if we needed anything. We will return in the future and rent from Elk Springs again! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful secure vacation home in the Smokey Mountains.

Will Be Coming Here Again!
Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view of the creek. It’s so so peaceful. The cabin was clean and nice. We also love the arcade room! About 20 mins from Gatlinburg and a little longer from pigeon forge but the drive isn’t bad at all.

Great Cabin, But Pictures Are A Bit Misleading
Pictures were taken with wide angle lens so it looks as though you can walk down from the cabin to the water. That isn't true! The beds both need their box springs replaced. They make a horrible noise when you get into the bed, or move around in it. It's loud enough to wake you up! We still enjoyed our stay though.

Comfy And Clean About 25 Minutes From Downtown Gatlinburg
The check-in process was very easy. We loved the single level of the place. Kitchen supplies were great. (The only thing we would bring next time would be a pair of silicon tongs and a larger skillet.) The place was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses are pretty firm, but we are used to a very firm mattress. The hot tub was a comfortable temperature, but the jets weren't very strong.
Things we loved: the sound of the creek flowing behind the cabin, the large stone showers, the theater room.
Things we weren't thrilled with: the smoker didn't work even though maintainance DID try to fix it, difficulty seeing as we backed out of the driveway, no access to the creek (long drop off), distance from town.
Overall, it was a very nice place and even with the cons, we would stay again. The pros FAR outweighed the cons. And the staff at Elk Springs were fabulous. They checked in with us to make sure we were pleased with the cabin and even offered us a small discount to stay an extra night (however, we declined).
