Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Great Cabin For Weekend Getaway!
Smoky Ridge View was a great cabin for my group of 6 to stay in! The cabin was clean, spacious, and provided enough to meet our needs. The view was also stunning! Also a pretty good split between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Only complaint is the water pressure when taking a shower, but I’m sure it’s hard to obtain a good water pressure system in the mountains. 10/10 recommend!

Great All Around Stay
We had a great time enjoying family and wonderful views. The cabins location was perfect for a family who wanted to get away from the crowds. The check in was easy and the staff were very helpful, checking on us via phone and text. The cabin was nice. Had everything we needed. It was clean for the most part. The fridge needed wiping down, the main entrance light fixture was broken, the hot tub water smelled really bad. The main problem was the trash the had accumulated below the balcony off of the living space. It was a huge disappointment for someone who came to enjoy nature. The air conditioner did not work very well. I’m glad it was chilly at night so we could open some windows. Very glad they were screened in. Overall happy with the stay and location. Excellent view but could use a little more cleanliness and maintenance.
