This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

The cabin was absolutely breath taking. We had everything we needed. We would definitely use Patriot Getaways again and we will be referring our friends!!!

We have stayed in several ...

We have stayed in several really nice cabins in Gatlinburg, but The Best View Lodge has become our favorite by far. The views in every direction are spectacular, we loved the large decks and enjoyed dinner and drinks out there several times.The interior is beautiful and well furnished with everything one could ask for. We had usually stayed in all wood cabins, but after staying here we have come to appreciate the openness and brightness of the combo chalet/cabin with wood accents and cabindecor. This was an all girls trip so we appreciated how close it is to everything and how quick and easy it was to get so high up in Gatlinburg. The side/play yard is an unusual feature that the 2 young girls in our party took advantage of. Can't wait toreturn.

From booking to checking out ...

From booking to checking out we had an amazing experience. The staff on the phone when booking and asking questions was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cabin was amazing! Plenty of room for parking vehicles. Very clean and very well stocked! Plenty ofdishes, towels, and paper products for us all. The binder on the table was had lots of useful information. We are all planning our next stay, definitely would use you again for a cabin and would 100 stay in the same one! Thank you!!

Very nice cabin and plenty ...

Very nice cabin and plenty of room for my family if 10. Kitchen and living room could he bigger but overall a very nice cabin. Would definitely stay in this cabin again.

This cabin was nothing less than amazing. It was extremely clean and well stocked. I give the cabin 5 stars. If I can recommend anything it would be that they offer a pack and play and highchair. We plan to come back and visit again.

The cabin was great. We ...

The cabin was great. We had a small issue with the fireplace not kicking on, but maintenance was there quickly and helped us get it going. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in coming to the area.

Great visit and this cabin ...

Great visit and this cabin has it all! Great view, and everything you could ask for when trying to enjoy some time with family or friends. We enjoyed spending evenings/mornings on the deck just admiring the view from almost 360 degrees around. Weve stayed with American Patriot Getaways for over 15 years, and this was the best cabin so far!
