Ivy Lodge - Gatlinburg Cabin

The cabin was very nice. It was clean and had everything to make it feel like home. We would definitely stay there again.

Checking in and out was an easy process. The Ivy Lodge cabin was perfect for our family of 4. We would definitely recommend American Patriot Getaways to others.

The staff was great, from initial booking, to calling us on the arrival date to give us our check in code. The cabin was beautiful and looked exactly like the website pictures. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend you to our friends.

Had an issue with the water heater in the original cabin. Got a call when we were on our way saying it was broken. Staff had already found a replacement cabin to put us in that was actually an upgrade from ours that we had rented. We could not have been happier with how the staff handled the situation and with the property.

We rented Ivy Lodge through Patriot Getaways. The cabin was well-maintained and perfect for our getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the cozy cabin. We would definitely stay again.

Let me start by saying that my boyfriend and I both worked in a call center environment and that service/empathy is everything to us. I want to give a shout out to the awesome customer service rep Colin or Caleb (I'm really bad with names and I apologize for that, but it definitely began with a C)! After spending three nights of our vacation with another cabin rental company, we ended up having to leave due to a construction nightmare that was happening outside of our door. I calledto see what was available last minute, we decided to book with Caleb/Colin, the deal was awesome and he was super friendly and honest. (Which after dealing with the previous rental company was completely refreshing). Upon attempting to get up to the first cabin, we had issues with driving up the incline and had to call back to switch at the last minute. Once again dealt with the same rep and he made the experience awesome! Please give that guy a raise as he saved our vacation from being a complete flop. Cabin that we rented wasa little small but definitely appreciated the non construction zone and the comfort level. It's completely understandable given the last minute booking and availability.When we return to Pigeon Forge in a few years, we will definitely be using Patriot Getaways to rent from! A true pleasure! Customer service is what guarantees our future business and you can expect nothing but rave reviews from us!!
