Put hard wood floors throughout (no carpet), make it all wood inside (no sheetrock), incorporate a high cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and finish it out with SS appliances and granite counters. Then fill it up with beautiful luxury furnishings including leather furniture, log beds, stone fireplaces, rocking chairs, and flat screen TV's. Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
