This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Very nice and clean. Only ...

Very nice and clean. Only downside was the map to cabin was not very good. Called customer service who was very friendly and professional. She stayed on the phone with us until we pulled in the cabin. Jamie was very good with directions.

Beautiful cabin and view! This was our first stay in a cabin, and it was great! Very comfortable. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The only recommendation I have is to provide hand soap for the bathroom sink. I dont know if you offer a discount for referrals, but we were referred to a Patriot Getaways by Jared Myers.

The cabin was a perfect ...

The cabin was a perfect stay in the mountains. Perfect location between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg with a beautiful view. The cabin was very clean and had all the luxuries a couple needs for a relaxing get away.
