This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We had a great time ...

We had a great time at this cabin It was about 14 of us that stayed for a friends birthday October 7-9, 2016 and everyone really enjoyed themselves. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was the refrigerators didn't get that cold butother than that we didn't have any complaints at all. The cabins was very clean. Thank you American Patriot Getaways!

My fiance and I got ...

My fiance and I got married in TN last weekend and I can't say enough about this cabin. Everything worked out just perfect. The cabin was beautiful. I couldn't imagine anything better. I even left some batteries and a baterry charger there and they are working with me to ship them back. Outstanding!!! I would tell anyone to stay there. Thank you for the memorable weekend!

This cabin was as pictured! ...

This cabin was as pictured! We loved the roomy-ness of it! The porches were the greatest - we had 3 under 2 - so glad they were sturdy - and no splinters for bare feet - they loved riding there little bikes and cars on it - location was great - end of street meant no traffic - cabin itself was one of the cleanest we have stayed in here in Pigeon Forge. I had no fear when looking under beds for lost things before we left! Thanks again for the stay and all you input on your cabins!
