Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

When we arrived at night ...

When we arrived at night at the cabin the lights were on there was a radio playing it was clean it was inviting and at that time it was very welcome. Could not have asked for a cleaner cabin.

We had an amazing experience! ...

We had an amazing experience! There was a little problem with the key upon arrival, the staff handled it fast and effectively, and even made it right by us for having a problem. The cabin was the perfect size for us two, It was very clean. We are actuallyplanning on coming back as soon as possible, we love this cabin.

Had a wonderful time. Next ...

Had a wonderful time. Next time we will rent a pet friendly cabin. So we can bring our 1.7 pound dog. Had difficulty finding the cabin with our rotten directions. Need to possibly put a number 2 on the second Sky View Lane. But overall it was perfect for my husband and I. Thank you.

Our stay was amazing! It ...

Our stay was amazing! It was so nice and quiet! It truly is a "dream" place to stay for a couple. I can not think of one thing to complain about. The kitchen was cozy, the hot tub was inviting and the bed was cozy. This cabin was a great experience for my husband and I as we renewed our vows right there on the porch. We will be back very soon for some more R&R!

My husband and I vacationed ...

My husband and I vacationed here for a week. We absolutely loved it! The cabin was clean and is well maintained. It would have been big enough for others to join us as well. We enjoyed the quiet. We never heard anyone else all week! The price we paid for the cabin was amazing. We will definitely be coming back with the rest of the family next year. Thanks for a great experience!
