Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

The only complaint I have about this stay is that we went during spring break and we didn't know it. We book this for our anniversary and we had kids screaming and yelling all around us. But other than that, the cabin was beautiful and the drives around there were great. Will be coming back
Already Thinking About Our Next Trip
We had such a nice stay at Elk Springs Resort. The cabin was Blackberry Springs. It was VERY clean and VERY nice. We had lots of space and we were very comfortable. Our cabin came with an indoor pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. We definitely got lots of use out of both. We Absolutely had the best time and cant wait to go back soon. Also, I had to call because we had trouble with our code upon arrival. The lady I spoke to was super helpful and pleasant . She got us right in and we didn't have any further issue.

Great Christmas
The cabin was lovely. The pool was heated. The hot tub was ready. The house was warm with only missing a couple things that was promised. I was kind of shocked There was no Christmas tree up. It was close to everything. The neighborhood was very nice. I would definitely stay again.
