Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Wonderful Place To Stay
The host of the cabin was great at communicating. The views were spectacular. We went with three teenagers and had so much fun just hanging out at the cabin.
Great Cabin!!!
This is a beautiful cabin with a great location and view. The cabin was roomy, essential necessities were provided. Very nice hot tub that looked out to the Smokey Mountains. Not sure if it was the chemicals used to clean the floors but they felt a little sticky but other than that we all enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Thank you everyone at Elk Spring Resorts!
A View And A Pool!
We had a wonderful time with our granddaughters (age 5 and 10)! The place was spacious and clean. The pool was just one of the highlights and the girls loved swimming with the projector screen and music playing and we even watched the GA game while relaxing in the pool room. We all participated in the games in the game room and had a blast. Everything was literally minutes away and convenient. The views were spectacular and we watched the sunrise 2 mornings in a row and the sunset. We even saw a mama bear with 3 cubs pass thru and watched thru the window. The loft bedroom was awesome with a huge shower and views even from the shower. We cooked almost every meal and had everything we needed for meal prep. Only a couple suggestions we struggled finding places to hang towels, blinds in the lower bedroom with the bunk beds would have been nice and although we were only there 3 nights a small laundry detergent would have been ideal. Overall we had a wonderful time and the staff was helpful and quick to respond!
Exceeded All Expectations
During our stay, my family and I enjoyed everything about the view, the cabin and the activities. Love the greenery. It was very adventurous. I can also say that the roads were more like NASCAR, but we most definitely enjoyed ourselves . Will be returning next year.
Time With Family.
We were very pleased with the location, amenities, and customer service here. Can't think of even one complaint. I do want to stress the bear warning the company sends out. For those who aren't familiar with the area, there was bear activity morning and night like clockwork. Take the resorts warning seriously. Stay safe and enjoy this cabin.
