Perfect Romantic get away!

The cabin is so clean and warm and cozy! It is a little bit of a walk to get to town, but I feel its the best of both worlds... you feel like your secluded but not far from town. The stream lends a perfect background noise to drown out the hustle and bustle. The entire process was simple and stress free... One call, an email sent, and we were set! We will defiantly be back!!!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Roaring Fork Retreat. The location was great. Right along side the river, close to trolley stops and walking distance to breakfast and downtown Gatlinburg. Thank you for making the booking and check in process easy. Well definitely be back!

Great Little Ger-Away

We were in town for a basketball tournament and didn't really want to be right in the middle of the downtown crowds. This cabin was just the right distance off the main downtown area to be convenient but also private. Everything in the cabin is practically brand new and it all felt very high end. Lovely spot!

Perfect Spot

My husband and I needed some rest from our busy life style. We weren't going to stay but 3 nights and we weren't going to do a lot of cooking so this place was perfect. We slept in both days and slept 1/2 the day away but that was what we needed. We cooked breakfast both mornings but that's about it. It is perfect for 2-4 people but no more. It is right on the creek which made it very nice. For a short get away we will be back. If you don't want the hustle and bustle of the downtown strip (which we did avoid) go on down Hwy 321 there is a grocery store and a excellent Italian restaurant also several shops and a really unique restaurant called Crystelle Creek all within 5-6 miles of each other.

vacation stay

Too many ants. Heat did not work properly. Phone did not work at all. Mid week the front door would not lock. Finally reached someone in Knoxville and he did a remote lock. Management sent someone out to fix it the following day, but was not told what the problem was. The lady at the office came and instructed us on what to do. She was extremely helpful.

Great place to stay

This is a beautiful cabin.Nice deck on the creek, nice kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. Close to downtown but it is still best to drive unless you want to walk a ways.I would say it works best for up to 4 people. Park right in front of the cabin.

Creekside bliss

We did so enjoy our stay. We were 2 couples. We each had our own private areas to retreat. The king room has bathroom off that room with walk in shower. The Queen bedroom is across from large bath with deep tub and shower. Lots of storage in bathroom and they are spacious. To be so small looking it is actually very spacious. Lots of seating. I spent most of my time on the covered porch over the creek. I would watch children in the creek as there are water snakes all in those rocks as most creeks. 2 rockers, but I set out 2 of our folding chairs to use too. Very quite on the inside to be close to the road. It is at the very end of Roaring Fork motor nature trail. The pull down shades were easy to raise and lower. Everything was clean and practically brand new. Beds slept well. Lots of storage. Room for at least 2 cars. Still in town yet not on main drag. There is a lot of traffic so would not be good for kids to be outside. There is no grill or really outside seating except for the porch on back very small have to put your own chairs. Has pod coffee and ground coffee makers , dishwasher and large frigid. The washer and dryer were great to have. You are just a couple of mins from the main drag, Food City, Dollar General and the entrance to arts and crafts community. Everyday was a critter adventure. Saw lots of water snakes, fish, groundhog, chipmunks and a river otter. A little lizard would visit on the porch. We didn’t have checkout instructions , but all communication was answered promptly. I would definitely rent this unit or any other from this group. We had no trouble with the door locks and the code was sent the morning of arrival. Instructions great. You can’t miss it. We had a fabulous time and hated to leave. We did have a few ants and small thousand legs, but you are gonna find these around places by the water.
