The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Fantastic Location!
Very nice, spacious unit. Fantastic location! Right on the river, watch an abundance of wildlife right from the balcony. Walking distance to both downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The carpet and couches have actually been updated since the photos. The carpet was so soft! The mattresses ... not so soft, but otherwise, excellent experience.
Best Place In Downtown Gatlinburg
This place is awesome for so many reasons. You are walking distance from downtown and also right by the tourist for trails in the mountains. Trolley is right there as well for other options. Great customer service, rooms are always clean, everything that you need and great views from balcony
