Level Three, Great River View - 305 - Gatlinburg Condo

Everything was clean. Was really discos and had a beautiful view of the river from the balcony.

It was very enjoyable. The location was great and close to everything.

We loved staying in number 305 at Park Place Condominiums. The view from the balcony is the best available of the Le Conte Creek at Park Place Condominiums. We plan to return but hope that the dated appliances and hard mattress in the master bedroom will be replaced before we return. The dryer has only two settings, cool(almost cold) and meltingly blazing hot. The dishwasher has a sign on it that the appliance is too old to be able to work with anything except powdered dish soap. The dishes are adequate, but don't count on things such as a cheese grater and there is only one (semi) sharp carving knife (difficult to use for cutting through a watermelon rind for example). The furniture is quite comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Despite the shortcomings described, we recommend the room and, as I said, plan to return to rent it again one day.

Park place was very easy to book online and was reasonably priced. The location was perfect...definitely within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg.

We came to Gatlinburg for my son’s wedding in the mountains. This was a perfect location for some of us to stay while in town. I liked that it was on the edge of the strip, yet very walkable. We were on the third floor right above the river. The sound of the swift flowing river was a great and soothing sound. The unit was well furnished and very clean. The bedding could use a little updating, but overall fine. The office staff were very nice and polite. Access was very easy. Would definitely stay again.

Affordable price, convenient location, friendly staff, my family enjoyed our stay there.

We were used to the Highlands and this is not the highlands for view and the Highlands was much cleaner. One of our relatives had dirty carpet and torn fabric on sofa. Our room was better by far. In our other room, 405, the sofa was did not have much support at all.

Very clean and roomy. Very large balcony overlooking the creek. Would definitely stay here again!

Will be staying there again in the future. Very nice place for a family to close to town. Plenty room. Great location!

There was 5 of us staying 2 nights. One of the beds was very uncomfortable otherwise all went well. I would stay again.
