This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Great Place To Stay!
We were very pleased with our experience in staying at Park Place Condos. The location was great-private enough to not feel like you were in a downtown business area but close enough to downtown that most everything of interest was within walking distance. Very pleased!!
Spring Break
My daughter, granddaughter and her boyfriend went stayed here for a 4-day spring break. Plenty of room for us and loved being walking distance to the strip and having a patio on the river. Second time I've stayed here.
