Overall we had a great time. The room could use a lot of modern updates. The main thing is the Beds are hard as a rock!!! None of us got a good night sleep.

Babbling Brook Without The Neighbors !!
We've stayed in many places while visiting Gatlinburg over the years but Park Place Condos is the best !! We listened to the babbling river every morning with our coffee and every evening before bed. Our granddaughters loved the condo also. They had their privacy but still with us. Loved everything about Park Place.

My Stay At Park Place
The property was beautiful and the condo was absolutely amazing. The only complaint we have is the beds were not comfortable. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

2nd time at Park Place. Easy walking distance to town and right on the edge of the mountain drives. Unit was very clean, great view, friendly customer service. Will definitely book with Park Place every chance I get.
