Level One, Great River View - 106 - Gatlinburg Condo

These condos are so conveniently located. You are right by the entrance to the park and within walking distance of the Main Street in Gatlinburg. The condos are very clean. The unit we stayed in (106) had recently been updated and was very nice. Our only complaint is that there were not any overhead lights in the condo so the bedrooms and den were dark. Other than that, it was perfect.

We have been staying here for several years. Ver convenient to town and peaceful place on the creek.

Great location. We hiked in the park in 2 minutes along the river. We walked to eat dinner and breakfast.. The condo does needs updating but it has what you need. I hear the new owners are planning a complete renovation.

Loved the condo, we were there in 2019 and liked the condos enough to come back but this year. The condo we picked this year was more updated and it felt like home.

This is our 2nd time staying at Park Place. We like Park Place because it’s quiet and peaceful, away from Town’s hustle. We brought our 3 older teen kids- each had their own bed. Our condo was newly remodeled, so it had some fine tuning which we addressed with management, who stated it was being fixed upon our check-out. Also, the master bed need replacing! Terribly uncomfortable and every turn results in a squeak. Other than a better night’s sleep, we loved staying here the 2nd time as much as the first.

We had the absolute best experience. The room was clean upon arrival and more than enough to fit our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub nightly. Park Place is also in a GREAT location. This was our first time in Gatlinburg and every adult in our party said that this will be the first place to check for reservations next time we are in the area!

The condo was described very well. I had no complains about anything. It was clean, didn't really have to ask management for much but they were quick to help. I would tell anyone it is a great place to stay in Gatlinburg to do anything you want to do. My only problem is that I am not there right now. Would love to stay there again soon.

We took our older grandkids for their first time in the Dmokeys. We didn't want to stay in a hotel room together so the condo was perfect. Also, they are picky eaters so the kitchen was a great choice as well.
