Great Location Need Updating
The condo had all the amenities needed like a kitchen, washer and dryer- nice in room jacuzzi but it’s decor is still in the 80”s- the beds were very, very firm so they were very ,very uncomfortable-carpet was green(ugly green) the only tv was a small 32”” not a good size for watching movies. If they make updates it would be a great place to stay.

Nice Family Stay
Great stay for our family of 8. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were great for us to enjoy some downtime. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials for cooking and eating in. Location was close to town and a very short distance to the trolley stop. Balcony faced the river and had patio chairs and a side table, nice for enjoying coffee in the morning. Only downside was the wifi was super slow. Other than that a great stay!

Big Disappointments
I have stayed at park place in the past with my family and the experience was great. This time we arrived July 27th spent time outside on the patio with no problems. The next day me and the family were outside and we tried to get inside the condo and it was LOCKED! This was very scary, nobody around, Lucky we had one cell phone with us to call and get help and a maintance man showed up. We did not go back out on the patio the whole trip(which we left on July 31). The pull out coach was Terible, my son could not sleep on it. That was another dispointment because we were advised the bed was good.

Paradise At The Park
We stayed in Park Place for the new Year Celebration. The condo was great walking distance to everywhere in downtown Gatlinburg the condo was nice the only improvement would be the pillows they were not bad just not my memory foam one. Great Stay will be back.
