Description

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jetted tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Nice Place

The condo was very clean and spacious. The view and sound of the river was great right outside the door. The only complaint was that the hot water didn't last very long. Could only fill the tub up 1/4 of the way before it turned cold.

Condo In Gatlinburg

Great Location. Room had not been expected before our arrival. It smelled like cigarettes/pot, it was horrible from the smell. Someone had placed dryer sheets on the vents to try to help the smell. Fire place was not working, washing machine you have to wash clothes twice to get the soap out of your clothes, the dish washer needed 2 washes to clean dishes. All appliances need to be updated. Guest bathroom, hot water did not work after a few minutes. Appreciate dogs are allowed but need an area to walk your dogs. Overall enjoyed our stay just need some updates, would stay here again.

Perfect Location

Quiet, sophisticated, clean, with lovely view and perfect location for those looking for peaceful seclusion close to the park and walking distance from the strip. Condo itself could use some updating. We will stay here again.

Park Place Unit 111

3 night stay. Unit has very nice flooring, comfortable living room furniture, and a excellent view from the deck. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. We prefer a softer mattress but these appeared to be in great shape. Good water pressure in the showers. The outdoor hot tub was closed which I don't understand as we use ours year round.

So So Condition

disappointed in the kitchen, very minimal supplies, dish towels, and utensils etc....linens were not very clean and extra blankets not provided. Lamps in bedroom not working correctly. Fireplace not working, big disappointment. great location and nice views of the creek
