Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This host charges a $50 (plus tax) pet fee per animal staying in pet-friendly rental units. The animal type is restricted to dogs and a maximum of three dogs are permitted. In addition, dogs over 50 pounds are not permitted.
The following breeds are not permitted in cabins or anywhere on the property at any time: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids.

Easy Process, Great Customer Service & Place Thats Hard To Leave
My most favorite thing was how easy it was to talk with someone thats real person rather than a robot when I had questions or needed help. No hoop jumping. Everything was orderly and didn't have to worry. The cabin was beautiful and homey! I loved the fireplace and being able to sit on the couch with it on was super cozy. The hot tub was of course amazing and next to the door so I didn't have to freeze too long after getting out. There was so much dust/hair like things floating in the air that it was bothering my allergies really bad :( But it was still worth it!
Romantic Gatlinburg Getaway
My wife to be and I spent two nights at the Inspiration Point cabin. The beautifully appointed cabin served as an excellent escape from the bustling Gatlinburg strip. Less than a mile from the Greenbrier Restaurant, and slightly more than a mile from downtown the location is perfectly situated. The jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, and outdoor hot tub make this cabin perfect for a couple who are looking to relax after a long day walking either downtown or any of the scenic trails of Smokey Mountains National Park
Nice Fully Furnished Cabin
This cabin was a treat to stay in. Full kitchen so you can bring your own food, and don’t have to eat out all the time(which can get rather expensive). Has some fun additions too like the pool table and hot tub which offers amazing views of the mountains while you relax. This cabin was an amazing place to c come back to after adventuring what Gatlinburg(and surrounding areas) had to offer. Would definitely recommend for a romantic get away in Tennessee. Just be prepared for the steep mountain roads!
