A family New Year''s Get Together

It was a beautiful home with so many amenities it did not feel crowded with 13 people spread out on 4 floors. One draw back was the construction at our door step, although I assume that will be short lived. One change I would make is replacing the coat closet for a food pantry. Very little space for can and package goods. All in all it was very nice!

Overall not bad. If you plan to cook like our group did, bring you own pans, knives, even a can opener. There were 2 can openers, neither worked. If you are staying more than a couple days, you will run out of paper towels and trash bags. Pool was cold and the alarm went off the first day all the time. Maintenance came out and fixed it until 1:30 AM the morning we were leaving. The Propane was almost empty, we got thru our grilling, but I think the next group will be out. This is a fair new cabin but not well built. (In construction trades). Parking limited for a 6 bedroom and they are building more cabins right there. Sometime you have to wait on construction vehicles to move when they are done. Expected better from a new cabin

We are very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your cabin choice. As you may or may not know each of our cabins are privately owned. Each owner personally chooses the décor and amenities that they feel will be the most inviting experience for both themselves and guests. As for providing trash bags , toilet paper etc. we supply a starter pack of these things after that you party is responsible for any additional items needed. We apologize that you had any issues in disarming the water disturbance alarm. According to our records we show that we sent out maintenance the same day as we were notified of the issue with the pool alarm. We do apologize for any inconvenience during your stay. Please know we will work hard to correct the issues you have brought to our attention. We will always strive to provide our guests with a great vacation experience and continue to make improvements whenever we fall short of that goal. We hope to see you again soon !

Best place in the smokies!

This property has a ton of space. Privacy and baths for 6 couples. Great for family and friends. Nicely furnished and all the supplies you need if you want to cook. Internet signal in the home theater a challenge for streaming but overall a great place to stay and close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge!

Vacation from hell!! Stay away from Eden Crest Swimmin’ In The Smokies!!

Horrible! The Theater room had mushroom and mold growing in it so we could not use it. The a/c on the game room floor leaked and stopped working. The internet and satellite is nonexistent. All the beds are loose and falling apart. Only 1/2 of gas grill worked. Not enough towels, face towels or bed linen. The glass shower door was missing the hardware to keep it on the track so we could not use it until they came out to fix it. The bathroom sink on the main floor leaked from the base. The shower on the main floor did not drain. The 24 hour Answering Services did not answer our calls when calling in so we had to wait until the office was open. They did not pick up trash when requested but we were told to not put outside so we had to keep bags of trash in the cabin. Some of the problems my nephew was able to fix, such as the a/c, connected the hdmi cable to all of the TVs, tightened up some of the beds. We reported all the issues to the rental company and asked to be moved to a different property within the first 24 hours of checking in but the company ignored my request and said they would take care of us. After checking out they reached out to us and asked how can they compensate us and I said 25% refund due to all the problems we had and plus we could not use the theater room for the 5 days that we were there. To make a long story short the owner offered us a $400 refund which was less than 10% Of what we paid plus a $250 certificate to come back. Now tell me who in the hell in their right mind would come back to visit this cabin again.

Great Stay!

The cabin was very nice no complaints on the amenities and space. Only complaint I have is the check in is so late, check out is early, and we still felt like we did more cleaning on departure then we should’ve since we paid a cleaning fee
