Sanks’ Road Trip July 26-29, 2018
The cabin was new and very nice. Just what we hoped for! Pool was not as big as my family would have wanted but the children loved it and the hot tubs. No gas was in the propane tank and we had to exchange it ourselves to use it but we were reimbursed for the cost. Game room was great! Washer and dryer did not work during our stay that was a drag but we survived. Cabin need better pot and pans to cook in. More parking space with have been nice. No WiFi but that made us bond more without our electronics. Theater was a plus! We saw a bear and her 2 cubs while sitting on our balcony that was awesome! However, even though the cabin had minor setbacks the overall stay was wonderful and we would definitely come back. Thank you Shanda with Eden Crest!The Sanks’ Family 2018
Would recommend to others? YesWe are very sorry about the inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We will coach our team on how to inspect cabins better so as not to miss an empty propane tank. Sadly things can break un-expectantly, even in a brand new cabins and for appliances under warranty. We are equally frustrated by the issue with the washer and dryer but are happy to announce they are repaired and that WiFi has been installed. Lovely cabin but......
The cabin was beautiful!! But there were a lot of other cabins being builted so it was a lot of contrustion work on our street. Parking was limited. No cell phone signal and no Wifi in cabin. Other than that we had a great time!
Would recommend to others? YesWe are very sorry that the construction noise was frustrating for you during your vacation. Sadly, the fires created an unprecedented catastrophe for this area. While the loss of life was clearly the most heartbreaking element of the firestorm, the reconstruction has now created some noise nuisances for guests. Fortunately, the construction noise is temporary, so we appreciate any all patience during the building phase. We are confident that your next visit to the Smoky Mountains will be a far more relaxing adventure!

Loved it!
We liked everything about this place. It was perfect for three families which included 5 children. Everyone had his own space. The location was great with a grocery store just 5 minutes away. Downtown Gatlinburg was just 5 minutes further. The only negative was that the parking was a bit difficult--very steep and room only for 2 cars.

February 2018 Stay
We had a great weekend at Splash Time Cinema. Our group of friends get together at least one time a year to rent a cabin in the mountains. This cabin was so nice and very comfortable for everyone. It is full of great features, especially the pool. It was used both days of the weekend trip. The movie theater was also a nice touch. The layout was awesome, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is no WiFi given the location in Gatlinburg, but it was nice to unplug for a couple days. We will definitely visit again.

Friends making memories
My friends and I take a couples trip to Gatlinburg once a year. Splash Time Cinema is my favorite cabin so far!! The cabin was very clean and had lots of amenities. The only downfall is it would have been great to have a notebook or pad with the access code to the basement door (where the pool and another bedroom was). I had to call and get thr info, which wasn't bad since they actually answered the questions.Tbe master suite was ECERYTHING!We enjoyed the pool, not tub, and sauna also! This cabin is great for groups of couples and families as well. Loved it and will hopefully be back soon! I have had so many people ask about the info for the cabin after seeing the pics on social media!
