This newly built luxury cabin was just built in the summer of 2017 and it is calling your name! Book now before it is too late.

While the firestorms of 2016 were utterly heartbreaking, we are pleased to announce that the mountains are green again and reconstruction throughout the Gatlinburg area is in full swing. Nice but overpriced

Nice cabin but pricey. We had to make sure all dishes were washed and all garbage was taken out before we left but then why was there an envelope left for us to tip clean up crew? Hottub took a full day to heat up, batteries in remotes were dying. Directions to cabin very confusing, guy at office couldn't even tell us where to go.

We are sorry to hear that you thought it was unreasonable for you to collect your personal trash and clean any dishes used prior to your departure. This is very common practice throughout the entire country when a person rents a privately owned condo, house or cabin. Our housekeeping team sweep, mop, vacuum, clean counters, tables, sinks, bathtubs, unload dishwashers, restock kitchens, strip beds, make beds, collect towels and sheets to transport laundry to our commercial laundry facility and also collect trash to transport to our dumpsters since resorts do not provide trash pickup or dumpsters. The cleaners also drain the hot tubs of water, clean them, add chemical tabs, and refill with fresh water between guest stays. Unfortunately it will take a little while for the water to heat up after being filled with fresh water. We are sorry that you found the process frustrating.

Review

The house very charming and clean. Also very close to gatlinburg and pigeon forge! The only thing wrong was we had very noisy neighbors who blasted music all through the night so we could not go outside and enjoy the hot tub. We can't wait to rent again!!

AMAZING!!!!!

We had a couple getaway and rented Misty Mountainside. From beginning to end working with the Eden Crest staff was amazing. We were provided with check in information in a timely manner. The house was immaculate.I will be using Eden Crest Vacation Rentals again. Thank you for an amazing trip!!!!

Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

Overall a terrible experience to begin with the cabin was really hard to find and they didn’t provide any address or specific directions to it. Secondly, there’s a terrible smell outside of the house maybe because the sewers are in front of it I don’t really know but we couldn’t enjoy the grill or the hot tub on the backyard of the house because of the terrible smell. Also the house had no cellphone reception at all neither did they specify that the cabin didn’t have any internet services or phone so if something were to happen it would be impossible to call 911 or someone for help. Also if you’re looking for a cabin try to find another company with better customer service than eden crest offers, wouldn’t really recommend it to any of my friend or to anyone.

Birthday getaway

Property was well maintained and clean. Location was good and easy to find. Bad cell phone reception and no internet connection were the only things that would distract us from using this location in the future.

Misty Mountain is Marvelous!

The place is semi-private exactly as advertised. It was not high into the mountains, which was a plus for our group because we avoided steep, tall mountainous travel. The cabin was clean and beautiful with several amenities. The Jacuzzi on the back porch was so soothing, along with the grill and fireplace, which made a very romantic setting. Our stay was fantastic!

Misty mountain vacation

Everything was beautiful the staff was very nice and professional. The jacuzzi outside was great and our location was only a couple of minutes from all the attractions. We will be coming back soon thanks eden crest!!!!

Midsummer vacation

My vacation rental was an overall good experience. The cabin was nice with modern decor that felt like home. We traveled with 3 boys ages 11 and up they loved the game room during our down times. The only draw back, no signal on our cell phones and the cabin did not have internet which was supposed to be fixed on our second day.
