All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.
This property was very enchanting. It is an awesome rental.
Our experience with Aunt Bugs was very exceptional as always is when we go there. They are very professional in the way they handle your rental. Although the rental was way to large for just the two of us. It was awesome and in a great location.Would recommend to others? Yes

Not a Great Experience
Was described at the time of renting as having great views. The view I had was of a dirty house next door. Came in to the house and it smelled like sewer due to a septic problem I'm guessing. The fooseball and air hockey didn't work and all the counters and table were filthy. Will not be using your company again.Would recommend to others? No
It was adequate for our needs. Dissapointed that the view of the mountains was only ok. Several beds were of the hard variety. Kind of dusty in places. Games (pool, air hockey) need some maintenance, but still usable. Overall we had a good time in this cabin.Would recommend to others? Yes
2017 Family Vacation
There were 19 of us and the chalet was the perfect size to accommodate everyone. There were some issues with tv remotes (no batteries), toilet that didnt flush and shower doors (off track, dirty tracks), but overall we enjoyed our stay.Would recommend to others? Yes

Great Gatlinburg Family Vacation
Great stay. We had 13 people including 2 under 10 and it was great for us. We were able to have a family meal altogether with a little planning. The recreation equipment was great other than needing a another cue stick for the pool table. The view is great all day but especially early morning. You understand why they are called the 'smokies'.The staff was great on check in and each time we had a need to communicate from booking to check out. I have already recommended this house to a family member looking to take a large group to this area later in the year.Would recommend to others? Yes

Redneck Ritz...does not live up to the name!
I had never vacationed in Gatlinburg Tn so when my husband and I decided to plan a get away for Valentines we decided to plan a trip with 6 other couple and the Redneck Ritz appeared to be the ideal place for all of us to stay comfortably. When we arrived we were advised to check in to see if early check-in was possible, when we got there at 12pm we were told the cabin wasn't "ready" so we hung out until 230 when we were allowed a early check-in. When we arrived at the cabin the outside was very poorly kept, but being that the area was just recovering from the fire disaster that didn't bother us much. Once inside we were very dissapointed with the condition of the cabin, it was very dirty. I was expecting to arrive to a very clean and welcomming atmosphere being that upon arrival we were told that it wasn't "ready" but it was the exact opposite. It appeared that no one had been at the location for sometime, it was very dusty the floors had not been swept or vacuumed, there was still candy on the steps from no telling when. The bathrooms in each room were not clean, there was mold built up in the tub. The beds did not have fresh linen there was hair in several of the beds and also hairs on the kitchen counters. There were flat screen tv's in some of the rooms but there were still the old big back tv's left in the rooms as well. Also there were termites flying around outside and made it hard to enjoy sitting outside on the porch area. My friends and I spent over $3000 for 3 days and I can't say that the condition of the cabin was worth the cost. We did enjoy the trip and we do have plans on making this an annual couples trip, however we are hoping to find another cabin that can accommodateus to make the stay worth the money spent. Unless some major changes and upgrades are done to the Redneck Ritz we won't be returning.Would recommend to others? No

Not so GREAT
Regarding Aunt Bugs checking in and out no problem very smooth. The rest not good. Lots of rules and extra fees if don't do this and that. Have to bring lots of supplies. Housekeeping was very POOR. Called because some of the pillows did not have pillow cases never got them.Regarding Redneck Ritz the cabin. More that half of the shower had mold and not just a little. Stove and oven very greasy dirty. Furniture was old and/or looks like hand me down. There was not one hanger in the hold house not even a hook to hang you jacket. only a two slice toaster. This house is for 14 and we had 14. DO know how long it take to make toast for 14 with a 2 slice toaster. There was not even 14 mugs for coffee. there was not 14 chair on the outside deck. For a house that should be upscale very disappointing. Kitchen had very poor supplies. Could really make a meal if you wanted too.The good thing about this house is the view. We will not use Aunt Bugs again, The owners have to step it up too.Would recommend to others? No

good but could of been better
The cabin was nice with minor problems very clean would stay again. There was a few things that we were looking forward to it. The sauna did not work and the air went off and on. when we first got there the hot tub did not work at all. the wifi code they gave at check in did not work ended up being the wrong one. Wifi still did not work until our last day in the cabin. But overall nice cabin great location and I will also stay again if those things are working!Would recommend to others? Yes
Daughter's senior trip
Our daughter wanted to go to the mountains with some of her friends for her senior trip instead of the usual beach trip that most of the other seniors do at her school. We ended up with 10 teenagers and 4 adults. It was the perfect house and area for this trip. The teenagers went for a hike on Saturday and the adults went into Gatlinburg. On Sunday we did the opposite. At the end of the day we would have a big dinner together and the teenagers hung out in the hot tub and played pool while the adults played some cards. It was a wonderful house and accommodated all of our needs. Beautiful view, we look forward to coming again in the fall.Would recommend to others? Yes
