Family vacation

Over all I loved the cabin. Beautiful view, quiet, lot of room for our large family. Was exactly as it showed in the virtual tour. But disappointed in the hot tub. Need a new hot tub. Jets didn't work properly, the jacuzzi bedroom tubs where better than the hot tub unfortunately. Other than that the cabin itself was beautiful. LOVED the indoor pool!

Cabin is awesome

If you don't have a great time here... you are lame. My only complaint is management company makes you stop at their location, then proceeds to give you a code to open the door. It's not necessary. Also, first question they ask me: did you bring any pets (which is code for: have you already broken the rules)?

Perfect for a few families with kids!

Very easy check in and out. Polite and friendly staff with some great info about the area. Cabin location was perfect- about 30-35 minutes outside of Gatlinburg so you feel in the middle of nowhere but are an easy drive to the attractions/downtown. The cabin is amazing, better in person than the description. Perfect for 2-3 families traveling with little ones- if the weather is bad or the kids are cranky spending the day at the cabin is still tons of fun. Nice yard with room to explore and play without a drive.

Badd choice

The bathroom on the third floor toilet handle is completely broken there was some kind of password put on the TV so you couldn't watch cable can listen to the music that came through the cable none of the doors on the patio locked the hot tub was cold when we got there and my niece came home with bites all over her body

Swimming with the Bears review

Beautiful cabin. The kids loved everything about it, as the adults did. It is pretty far from anything, but it was worth it! Beautiful area and lot. We couldn't get the surround sound system to work in the movie room. By the time we would think if it, it was pretty late at night. That was a real bummer though! The pool was the big hit! We all would go in and have a great time.

Summer vacation 2016

This was my 4th time back to Tennessee. We had a wonderful vacation. The house is lovely with alot of yard for kids to play in. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Maintenence was great. Had a couple issues and he came right away. The midnight 4th of July parade was amazing. Something everyone should see at least once. I would definitely recommend this house to people. It had a great pool and theatre room for the kids.

Splurge

Our 1st trip up in 8 years due to an ill husband, I decided to splurge to have more privacy. It sounds private because it's described that way but the house is the acre, you'll be making eye contact with people all week. Excess trash & glass outside. This thing was so dirty I was owed my $200 back for paying them to clean it. Under the living room table & couches: a spilled Coke 2 liter, 3 empty plastic water bottles matching the pit trash. Ice cream on the table. Filthy dishes in the cabinet. The roof leaked on my luggage the first night. We shut our curtains to realize why they're left open. They're ripped. Dishwasher doesn't latch.Mold in pool room & door knob falls off upon exit. Everything was staged to look okay until you touched it, from the pool chairs to the curtains. I now know how those with a little more to spend live. Apparently they are taken advantage of and expected to ignore it. Goldfish under beds.I reasoned it the whole trip but by the last day, as everyone but myself vomited and my 6 hour trip became fourteen, I was livid. The last 8 years have been ****, and we finally go, and get the most ghetto cabin ever. I've reserved through aunt bugs for every trip. No more, man. As far as I'm concert they owe me my cleaning fee. Because they didn't clean a **** thing.Did we have fun? Absolutely. We have fun anywhere. I usually don't spend that much to clean vomit. Movie room looks cool but guess what only 1 speaker is connected. Staged again. Don't look under the movie chairs. There's popcorn under there from when Rick James' era. I'm embarrassed by the lack of care. I'd suggest aunt bugs check on their cabins because the staff ain't. I feel bad saying that because I found the caretaker to be so kind. But this was right near insane. Lazy, & impacts folks, not a day off in so long and just want to reconnect with their family. I feel robbed. I can't get that time back. You suck, man.
