No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.
Christmas cabin in the woods
We spent the week of Christmas in this cabin and it was everything we wanted! The game room was very popular! It wasn't far at all from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We would definitely stay here again.Would recommend to others? Yes

Beautiful Shamrock Lodge #215 - Thanksgiving Week Vacation 2017
Mixed review; Property management personnel very friendly, very accommodating and very professional. Was exactly as pictured and described to me. Nice cabin. Advertised as sleeps 8 with 2 baths. We were 6 and found 2 baths was not enough. Another bath would be great. We thought the cabin was very nice, however, it was VERY dirty. Both bathrooms had a strong urine smell. It was extremely dustyâ€”lots of dust on curtains, hanging decor and on the beautiful cathedral window in the kitchen/living room area where a large spider web and dust was hanging from it. The blue rug under the dining room table was filthy both on it and under it. If the cabin would be given a good general cleaning, I would recommend it. But without that I cannot.Would recommend to others? No
Great little cabin.
Perfect for all. Bathroom in one bedroom was perfect for our 89 year old mother. We enjoyed our time in the house. Did not like the drive back to it. All the zigzag. Would rent from Aunt Bug's again but a house within town limits or very edge.Would recommend to others? Yes
The first problem we encountered was the extremely steep driveway. It did not look that way in the pictures. My husband uses a walker and my sister is not very steady on her feet do the steep driveway presented a problem each time we had to use it. The cabin itself was very well kept. I had anticipated more of a handicap accessible property but that was a disappointment. The only walk-in shower had no hand holds in it and the floor inside was slippery which made it unusable. The other bathroom door was so small and my husband had difficulty getting his walker in and out of it. I thought the second bathroom would be in the second bedroom but that is not the case. I do commend the professionalism of the staff in the office. They helped me several times when we got on the wrong road to the cabin even when I was quite frustrated. The property was very clean and furniture was comfortable. The queen sized bed but very, very high and we had difficulty getting in and out of the bed.Would recommend to others? No

LOVE the cabin and location!Only 15 minutes to either Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.Plenty of space and privacy! Love that this community is more spacious and you don't feel like you neighbors can look over at you at any time.Only negative was lack of trash pick-up, as we were there for a whole week, our outdoor receptacle got a bit tight.Would recommend to others? Yes

Let me begin by saying we enjoyed our stay in your cabin in the woods. It was a very nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay very much. However upon arrival at the cabin the first thing we noticed was no moutain view. Based on the advertisements and the price we expected to sit out on the rocking chairs and enjoy the view of the mountains.Sadly we were surrounded in 360 degrees with nothing but trees. And when we found a snake in our living area we found that neither phones in the cabin worked and we had no cell phone reception to call. When we walked to find a phone it to over two hours for someone to come and by then who knows where the snake went.Then there is the issue of the bill. We cannot believe that you actually charged $55.00 just to make a reservation. We have never had any facility charge a reservation fee and then after charging us $75 for a housekeeping fee the maids actually wanted a tip when we did nearly all the cleaning ourselves. In conclusion while we enjoyed our stay we would never book with you again and will be sure to let others to know about these additional expenses.Would recommend to others? No

Beautiful Tennessee Hideaway
Shamrock Lodge is a top notch property. I could live there so easily as everything you could possibly want ir need is there. Being able to bring our dog was a bonus. Pippi gives the experience two paws up!Would recommend to others? Yes

It is a beautifully cabin, had tons of hot water for showers, the upstairs tv never worked which made it not the place to be for the grand kids. Wish there had been an ice maker in the freezer or at least ice trays. But other than that it was all I could expect.Would recommend to others? Yes
