Located close to your cabin is the Smoky Mountains National Park with a scenic ride over the bypass if you don't want to travel through downtown Gatlinburg for access to the park. After a day out relax take a relaxing dip in the hot tub or Jacuzzi in the master suite. A BRAND NEW arcade game for you to enjoy inside the cabin has recently been installed! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing a quick meal or a culinary masterpiece the whole family will love. Cancellation Policy

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.

Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.

To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

Amazing Company, Dated Property

I can't say enough good things about Aunt Bugs Cabin rental. They were very helpful and on top of things. Always professional & polite. I will use Aunt Bugs again.Our cabin... It is truly a lovely cabin however I was disappointed with the overall condition of the property. The beds were so old & I was actually afraid they were going to break. The large tiles on the floor are peeling. The top layer is coming off. I found the peelings throughout the cabin. There are only two places to sit in the living room. The couch has seen its better days and I felt the seat portion was pointing downward. There was no light out where the hot tub is located. We had to use out lights on our phones to cover the hot tub back up. When looking over the deck, there is a good bit of trash below & next to the cabin. Lastly, I know this might sound like I'm being critical, however, there were no covers over the drains in the showers & in one you could see all the hair that has built up over time. I will not be requesting to stay in this cabin again.

Unpleasant

FABULOUS!!

We are always a little nervous booking off of pictures and reviews. Sometimes the pictures are not really what you get and sometimes reviews can go one way or the other depending on the situation. This was exactly as promised!! The cabin was spacious and super clean. The customer service we received from Aunt Bugs was nothing short of great. We received emails prior to our arrival. We received a phone call the day of our arrival to check our ETA. The day after we checked in we received a call to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. We didn't experience a problem while we were here but I have not doubt they would have made it right it we had. The scenery was great! We will be returning!!

Manchester Family adventure

Cabin was great the mountain valley location is incredible and nice and private and great for families. There is no better option when you stay in Pigeon Forge TN.

Highlander

The office staff wasn't the greatest. The after hours number we called didn't have the "information" to tell us how to go about getting a new grill tank because we were trying to grill $100 worth of steps and it ran out. The couch and both beds were outdated and broken. The jacuzzi was disgusting. The hottub was green and low of water and had an odor. We picked the highlander because of the big windows and the windows had male and female private parts all over them. When we told the guy at the office he acted like he didn't believe us. I will not stay with aunt bugs again nor recommend it to anyone. I regret not reading the reviews before we booked.

30Th Anniversary

It was nice but the cabin was older than the website depicted and it was over priced so if you want what is on the website like we thought we where going to get you might be a little disappointed

Highlander stay

The Highlander was nice and there is a paved road leading up to it which was nice, but it is showing it's age. The right burners on the stove didn't work properly, the furniture wasn't very comfortable, the upstairs TV wasn't connected, the coffee pot was old and dirty, and the supports for the porch/overhang didn't look very secure. We enjoyed our stay, however the Highlander just wasn't as nice as others we've rented from Aunt Bugs.

Good

The bed was dated need to be replace. There was no ironing board. The cabin had lots of spider weds. Would I stay aging probably. One more thing. Checkout time is a little to early. Try making it at least 11:00

Beautiful private & peaceful

Pretty good, except all the hair on the floor of cabin. It got on our socks & got in the bed. Couldn't set in living room with out putting bedsheets over coach&chair they both was nasty. & couldn't get in hot tub Bc it had white stuff that looked like dead skin flooding in it. & couldnt enjoy the big windows they was dirty, that's the centerpiece of the cabin.the Windows is what makes that cabin so beautiful. & I don't think u should make the renters get up so early to be made to leave the cabin.we pay a lot of money 2days & can't sleep in or have time to shower,eat breakfast no time to do nothing. You should show the reneters u care about there safety&well being on there long car ride home & let them be able to sleep in on there last day. Ain't bugs could have check out around 1or2pm.
