Cancellation Policy

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.

Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.

To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

We stayed in better places

Musty smell. Didn't use the basement due to this. Dirty towels in washer. Dryer didn't dry the towels. Not enough chairs for around the kitchen table. Sleeps 8 but only 4 chairs at the table. Driveway very steep, hard to get in/out of. Hot tub appeared unclean, we didn't use. Needs a lot of updates! Holes in walls were patched but not painted. Needs better lighting, especially at kitchen table. More sheets, only 1 extra set.

Peaceful

Our overall experience was good.Our family had a great time. On the bad side...The kitchen is lacking.No pans, steak knives, etc. Also, My son was given the wrong directions at the office and they went 40 minutes out of their way so the start of vacation was delayed.

Fox Run Escape stay!

The cabin was amazing,the pitchers were all true!I didnt like how far the cabin was but I got over that! Overall I loved the cabin! And will be staying there again one day :)

It was ok....

The house was not well-stocked - pots and pans were old and damaged, there were millions of forks but only about 4 knives. The stove was not working properly and required someone to come repair it. There were not enough towels and there was supposed to be a small initial supply of laundry detergent - when we received a call from the main office asking how the cabin was, we mentioned that we needed more towels and were told to just do laundry. Not great customer service in that regard, although the check-in staff at the main office were great.

Aunt bugs getaway

Cabin low on nice glasswareAlso no directions on using electronics and hottub. Porch and views outstanding,driveway steep,very steep. We had great time.

Great Vaction

This cabin was accurately described for location, layout, & amenities. It was clean & everything worked. Aunt Bugs Rental service was very easy to work with and provided excellent customer service. The only thing that would have been nicer was to have a little more kitchen supplies. We would have prepared a few meals, but there really wasn't much to work with.

Mountain retreat

Cabin was nice, could use some updating, but nice...... Plenty of room to move around...... Not far at all from the downtown area. Driveway was a bit of a challenge, kinda a steep incline, but if you go slow, it's not a problem.

Fox Run Escape

We had a great time during our stay The staff were very pleasant and helpful at the check in and also maintenance were quick to help! It was a very peaceful cabin surrounded by only complaint would be cleanliness..the windows were very dirty and cobwebs everywhere..also there were tons of stink bugs in upstairs bathroom but I do understand there not much you can do to control bugs! But we had a great time and would definatly deal with aunt bugs rentals again! Thanks!!

A great idea but needed a little work.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg. The cabin had plenty of room and it worked well for a family of 6. I noticed a "No pet" sign but in the cold air return was lots of black pet hair. The trash can in the kitchen was filthy. We called for someone to come help us with the hot tub because it wasn't running. He came awhile later and it worked for about an hour. Put in another call and no one showed up. Just a little disappointing.
