This pet friendly property welcomes your furry family member too! Come and stay where the Angels Roost in the Smoky Mountains! You'll love the peace of this mountain chalet in Chalet Village, located just 3 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg. Full kitchen, hot tub, & charcoal grill are also available for your convenience. Rates for 4. Additional persons above 12 years of age is just $12.50 nightly. Please register extra people or pets at time of reservation. No smoking allowed inside this rental.

Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling.

During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.

This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Not happy!!!

We were not too happy with the cabin. The floors were dirty up and downstairs, blinds were broke you couldn't open them. The dishwasher made a horrible loud grinding noise when in use. The view from the cabin to see the mountains was horrible everything is over grown and the picture online for the cabin is outdated. The front of the cabin is completely over grown with bushes and small trees. Hardly any extra bed linens and cups and bowls were limited as well for the dishes. Also there were bugs in the window sills and the place needed to be dusted.

Cabin in the mountains

The vacation rental was great! It had breathtaking views of the smoky mountains and conveniently located in downtown Gatlinburg. We will definitely be back to stay!

Angel's Roost

The house was clean but needed extra attention. The couch was broke. The ceiling was peeling above kitchen table. The landscapes was down right gross and nasty. The picture you show is nothing what it looked like around cabin. Management company was great. Made us feel like they were happy we were there. So I would rent again from Aunt Bugs but not Angel's Roost.

Needs updating but has a little view

The shower head needs to be replaced. Sprayed all over the wall and leaked some downstairs. We called management and they sent someone during the day they said. It was still the same that night. First Visit / Birthday Getaway

This was the exact place we chose to rent for the weekend. However there were more then a few things that needed to addressed. The property wasn't cleaned thoroughly there was alot of dust,trash on the floor, inside the pullout bed, the freezer wasnt clean. Upstairs there was trash still left in the trash cans and underneath both beds, fingernail or toe clippings on the night stand, one bathroom had hair in it, the other tub wasn't clean, spiderwebs throughout the property, the carpet had pet hair all over and the bathroom sink in one of the bathrooms had a slow draining problem.

The Angel's Roost

The house was very clean, roomy, & has great amenities. Must be in somewhat decent physical condition as both bathrooms are upstairs (16 stairs) You must also have patience while driving to & from the cabin as the roads are very curvy! The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was the 10:00 a.m. check out time. That's a little early for my likings but overall a good experience.

Our experience with auntbug's

The cabin was not clean we got stuck in a ditch and called the emergy line and never got a call back. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the cabin.The blinds were messed up there was spiders in the tub.

Perfect Mountain View! Cabin better than Described

We stay in a cabin annually in Gatlinburg. With two kids, we want a fireplace, a hot tub, a pool table and space to work a puzzle throughout the week. That’s fairly hard to find. Angels Roost has ALL, plus we were able to take our dog! The double deck has an amazing view of the mountains. We sat in the chairs every morning wrapped in blankets drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise. Pool table was great. Son slept in the sofa bed and said it was comfy. We would definitely stay here again! PSA - if you don’t like narrow mountain roads, you shouldn’t stay in a chalet. That is part of the amazing charm of Gatlinburg!!! Negative comments because of the roads make me roll my eyes.

Mostly satisfying

We loved the location. This chalet was clean and cozy. 2 complaints though... 1. There’s a stinch downstairs. 2. The bedroom televisions should be upgraded. But overall, we enjoyed our stay
