Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Great getaway weekend
The rental was a bit difficult to find in the dark but after we found it it was a breeze to find for the rest of the stay. The cabin was comfortable and well-equipped. I loved the indoor jacuzzi and the hot tub outside was equally amazing, including a nice view of the mountains. There were two cabins close by on each side, but we never really felt like there was an issue with privacy. My only suggestion would be to have more lighting on the stairs entering the cabin, we never found a switch to turn the light on and went up and down them in the dark a few times. We are younger so it wasn't too much of an issue, but I can see it being a problem.

i was not happy with the cabin
it was to long of a drive to the cabin

While this cabin, is a little further out, we do have some very similar to this that are much closer to Downtown Gatlinburg, off of traffic light #2. This is a one bedroom studio style cabin. If you are looking for something bigger, check out our website or call us and we can give you options of one bedroom cabins that are much larger and separate the rooms! We appreciate you, and look forward to hearing from you!

Fun w the Fam
Really enjoyed the privacy, hot tub and jacuzzi bath! Note, they do allow pets and the housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning, dog hair everywhere!!!

It was just OK
Cute cabin, great location.. What I didn't like was the cobwebs every corner dirty trash can that apparently never gets cleaned. Not the greatest mattress needs new one. Sheets kept popping off bed by morning so better sheets would be nice

Great getaway
Had a great stay at a cozy little cabin on an anniversary trip for me and my wife. Cabin was in a good location, felt secluded, but not too far out of town.

Wild Thing Cabin
The Aunt Bugs staff are excellent.... So helpful and professional. Things went smoothly for us. The location of the cabin was quiet and private. The Hot Tub was such a nice feature and we used it daily. The Cabin needs updating... Curtain rods up with no curtains. The shower calling is mildew. Cobwebs in the cabin . The kitchen could be better supplied... 3 plates. Coffee cups all stained. There needs to be softer lighting in the living room, the bed frame is extremely loose... The house just needs more attention if it's going to be billed as LUXURY. We lived the area and our visit was still very special. I am just being honest. We did not want maintenance people in our cabin during our anniversary visit.

Very Unhappy stay at Wild thing
The cabin was dirty .The shower door had mold on it,windows dirty,steps dirty ,deck dirty,commode was not clean and smelled like pee.We didn't use the shower at all.

Wrong choice
I will never stay in this cabin again. The bathroom stank. There was mold on the filter cover on the indoor spa. The outdoor spa never cut off and was loud and also stank. The view was a gas tank. The killer was the many, many stairs you had to climb to get in the door that never locks. No rocking chairs only two plastic dollar store chairs to try to relax in. No place to walk a dog and you are pet friendly. Not to mention after lying on your couch I woke up to a blue face neck arm and chest, that I had to scrub off and some remained. I came from the pillows feathers that had been dyed with ink. I can go on...
