Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy
If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Really cozy
I love this cabin. Everything from arriving and checking in was simple and easy. I and Brian had a really great time and it was so cozy. Wish we can stay longer but we will definitely go back some time. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
A cozy little cabin nestled steps away from Downtown Gatlinburg
The Leather and Lace cabin was perfect in about every way. It is nestled between two other small cabins. It is the perfect get-away and has lots of charm. We walked down to the downtown area and enjoyed the views from the cabin and hot tub. This was my first time staying so close to downtown gatlinburg and it was really nice to be close by. The cabin had a Christmas Wreath and some other small holiday decorations up as well as Christmas music playing when we entered. It was a nice touch. We really appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and the cabin was really clean. I would definitely rent from Aunt Bugs again. The only area for improvement was the online booking system. The online booking system shows having a pet in the cabin as no extra fee, but when you click submit you are charged $75.00 for a pet fee, which is fine, but did not know it was going to be added.
Great visit
This cabin is great place to stay in if your looking for something cozy. Me and my husband took our anniversary trip and stayed here and loved it. It was clean and ready for us when we came to stay. I also wanna mention that i loved the patio! It was quiet and peaceful, especially at night and i could look at the stars and moon.
Easter Weekend
Nice relaxing weekend. Our Yorkie enjoyed it too! Will return again-nicely decorated- was enough room for us all!!!

It was a great little cabin. Just right for 2 people. A little close to the other cabins but private enough. Will be back in the future
