This cozy two bedroom, one and a half bath chalet is nestled in Gatlinburg, minutes from the downtown area. If you are a family on a budget this is perfect for you, as you can enjoy all the amenities at a price you can afford. In season you can enjoy the use of the resort pool, or for those cold nights you will enjoy snuggling up beside the fireplace. Take in the beautiful view from the hot tub on your deck, or spend some time relaxing in your heart-shaped jacuzzi. This cabin is pet friendly, so you won't have to leave your 4-legged friend out of the excitement! Register Pets (small house-trained dogs 45 lb or less) for $75 pet fee each at time of booking/arrival. Bring your family to the Smokies and make Mountain Memory you won't soon forget! Price is based on 4 adults, each additional adult is $12.50 per night.

Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling.

During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

SmokyMountains.com Service Fee Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.

This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

Dirty and broken

The cabin was dirty and almost all the outlets were broken. I was not impressed with the place one bit. People at the front desk were very nice however .

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

These cabins are tucked away in the foothills just outside of Gatlinburg. They're not new, but they're well-maintained, and everything works. The WiFi was fantastic! The outlets in the bedroom were a little loose for my curling iron, but I found a newer one in the bathroom. Ideal location close to Gatlinburg and the park, not too far from Pigeon Forge. Easy rental and check-in progress, super friendly desk associates.

Very good!

It was a very nice getaway weekend, the only problem we had was that the master bedroom had a parental lock on the televison, we were unable to watch some of the HBO movies we wanted too. Other than that everything was great!

Disappointed

This cabin needs to be cleaned properly. We found 2 dirty socks that had been left there previously (one in the couch cushions and another under a couch) The baseboards and corners in the small bathroom were dirty. A previous review said there were only 3 spoons in the kitchen, so I went prepared since we were preparing Thanksgiving dinner. On our visit, there were only 2 spoons!! Obviously these reviews aren't being read by personnel! However, the location was great and the drive was lovely.

Cabin 711

A little disappointed wih this cabin rental. Aunt bugs is a great rental company but the cabin could have used some updates and some repairs. Over time the wood around the hot tub was starting to rot as well as sections of the gutters and the wood around the base of the roundette. There was framework missing around the window too. Although the bottom level of this roundette is not being utilized at this time, it was trashed. Perception is everything. We've rented cabins through aunt bugs before, we were just a little surprised and disappointed with this rental.

Nice Weekend Getaway

Nice cabin. Very clean and in a great location. I would ask for the kitchen to have more utensils and a more comfortable bed with better pillows.

Family get away

The cabin is in nice location and quiet which we were looking for. However the cabin needs repairs and updates. Also there is no view from the cabin at all which was not what was advertised.

Not that great

The property no longer has a view, there is a lot of garbage below the deck, the outlets were loose and didn't hold plugs very well. The areas that you could see were clean, but not the areas you couldn't see...like under the couch, beds and even in the showers. There was a smell when you walked in and it didn't go away. The maintance of the property is poor. Everything looked forgotten and the bare minimum done to it.

Our Tennessee Vacation

We really had a great time in the Smokey Mountains. One note concerning the cabin; when our reservations were made about 3 months in advance, the ad for the cabin stated it had washer and dryer; however, this property does not have a washer and dryer. The management company was very apologetic and were very professional throughout our stay.
