Location: Gatlinburg, TN (4 miles from Downtown) Sleeping beauty mountain chalet is nestled in the woods in Gatlinburg, just minutes from the Parkway. This cute mountain chalet in Gatlinburg is great for a family on a budget. You will enjoy having the conveniences of home, plus a jacuzzi tub in the master suite, hot tub on the deck, pool access during the warmer months. Enjoy a dip in the pool when it's in-season or build a fire in the wood fireplace to keep you warm in the winter. Spend some quality time preparing a meal together in the fully equipped kitchen or just relax on the couch and watch a DVD. Enjoy your vacation in the Smokies at "Sleeping Beauty #511 vacation rental. Enjoy this Gatlinburg chalet, just 2 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg. Rate is based on 4 adults, each additional adult is $12.50 per night.

Cancellation Policy

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.

Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.

To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

Surprised This is a Aunt Bugs Rental

Hardest beds I've ever seen cabin in poor repair not Aunt Bugs usual standards found it hard to believe it was one of their rentals every other cabin has been top notch I will use Aunt Bugs again but would not stay in this cabin again.

Our vacation

We arrived Sunday August 20 @6:30 pm didn't know the office closed @6 pm it should state the office hrs on the web site, had to eat dinner, went & bought food to cook. Picked up Ito at office followed directions to get2 cabin could not find no sign stating which cabin t was. We finally figured it out it was ours. Yes we had a great experience we will be back

Vacation with my Mom

My mom had not been on vacation since before my dad passed away 10 years ago. She, for some reason, wanted to go back to the Smilies where mom and dad had vacationed many times. She was recently diagnosed with the early stages of Alzheimer's. I new I had to find a Chalet on one floor and everything close together so she would not be confused or afraid. Aunt Bugs delivered both! It was just like they advertised it. Small 2 bedroom. She loved it!! Cosy and family friendly!! My mother is 85 years old and she will have memories for a life time! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Far from a Getaway

When we first entered the cabin, we were struck with a mold/mildew smell. We called to see if another cabin was available. We were offered an upgrade for 3 times the price of the current cabin. We purchased charcoal to absorb the odor and decided to ride it out. (The vent fan does not work in the only bathroom, and several cabins nearby burned so perhaps this one took on a lot of water.) The cabin is also very outdated and in need of many minor repairs. But, the worst was yet to the second day, we were finding dead and sometimes live small cockroaches everywhere. We read the refunds for insects. So since we were now going to be forced to wash everything and carefully inspect everything anyway, we again stayed. The hot tub smelled awful as well so we never used it. Packing and returning home, we spent hours combing through our bags and washing everything, and buying roach motels for our own home in case we missed any unwanted passengers. In short, it was the most miserable stay we have ever had anywhere. I would not wish this cabin on anyone.

Had a marvelous time!!

We had a excellent getaway vacation!!! Great spot to take the family!! Minutes from all the great attractions but very secluded spot!! We took our grandson and had a wonderful time!! Property needs some upgrades and no wifi but still a great place for the money!

best vacation

the check in was so easy and the staff was very friendly. I loved the location of the cabin. it was away from all the noisy traffic and very quiet. my kids loved being up in the mountains and having more room than a hotel provides.

The dirty cabin

A felt like I needed to clean the cabin before we stay there it was dirty. The carpet was dirty. The furniture was dusty. The Jets in the tub were dirty. The outside had trash around the cabin on the ground. It was very hard to carry our belongings into the cabin because there were so many steps to climb to get to the cabin . The trashcan outside of the cabin was too small to put our garbage in so we had to set the garbage outside of the bear cage which defeated the whole purpose of having a bear cage trashcan. Also some of the appliances is in need of repair such as. The refrigerator door was damaged we could not store food in it, The ice trays or damage we could not fill them with water to my ice, The microwave Took forever to heat up our food, The dishwasher did not have a tray to put the utensils in to clean them. Overall the cabin needs to be remodeled. And the outside cleaned up. I would not recommend anyone staying in this cabin.

Nasty

They were roch bugs the pillows looked like they had pee on them the kitchen floor is about to fall in rochbugs in the bath tub it was disgusting. Tammy

Trip to Gatlinburg

The cabin was adequate but was very dated from the 1970's. There was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom and dead bugs on the floor in the extra bathroom. There was no privacy for the hot tub at all. No shelves in the fridge door as they were missing. We have stayed in other cabins in Gatlinburg that were much nicer. The cabin seemed a bit run down and I would not recommend this cabin at all.
